Goodnight Moon

After surviving another long Friday, I am reminded of something I read in Matthew Kelly's book "Rhythm of Life".  He makes it a point to talk about sleeping as being a key ingredient to a balanced life. You know what this means! More sleep for everyone!!!! Tonight, instead of giving you tips to lead a better life, I want to encourage you to sleep better. I understand having children wandering into bed with you at all hours of the tonight, a husband that snores or a mind full of to-do lists (don't worry I'll teach you how to turn it off on a later post), but you can't be a good mom if you are going through the day like a zombie.  I'll post more of a how-to later on, but for tonight, go to bed at least 15min earlier than usual and tomorrow arise refreshed :)

Go get them ladies!
